A. The delivery of your first issue depends on the publication frequency of the magazine you ordered. Generally, publishers ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for weekly magazines, and 6-8 weeks for monthly magazines, and up to 12 weeks for less-frequently published magazines. If you have not received your first issuewithin the estimated delivery time period, simply complete a quick form and send us the code used so we can check on your subscription status.

Q. Do you deliver outside the U.S.?
A. We cannot process deliveries of subscriptions outside the U.S. at this time.
Q. Will I ever be charged for my subscription?
A. No. Your code is all that is needed to complete your subscription order. At no time will we ask for additional funds to process your subscription.
Q. Why isn’t my code being accepted?
A. Please check the expiration date on your code. It may have expired. If your code is valid you may be keying the code incorrectly. Common code entry errors include the following.

A. No. However, you will receive renewal notices. The renewal is at your discretion and will require you to confirm your renewal with the publisher. The publisher will require payment if you decide to renew your subscription.
